You must be a Veteran who:
*Please bring a "picture" ID, Form DD214 or other proof of prior military service, and one of the following proofs of income: prior year's Form W-2; Form 1040 Income Tax Return, or last 2 pay stubs
The SmileFaith Veterans Community Dental Clinic is not affiliated with the Veterans Administration, but is intended to supplement the efforts of the VA.

The SmileFaith Veterans Community Dental Clinic located in New Port Richey opened November 10, 2017 and will care for the under-served Veterans of Pasco County and surrounding areas who do not have access to VA dental benefits (about 95% of all Vets). The charitable clinic will also serve to relieve suffering and inspire hope for disadvantaged residents during scheduled events. Thank you for supporting SmileFaith and our deserving Veterans!
